This was the original evaluation

My video is going to be about Wrestling. To begin with I will have me training by using a punch bag. I will then have a short wrestling match afterwards. I have decided to use ‘Breaking Benjamin – Blow me away’ as the song in the background as I think it will go very well with my idea. I have looked into some wrestling videos and training videos to see what I could do in mine and any moves I could have in it.

Risk Assessment:
There are many risks that I will need to be careful of. They are:
-         Choreograph each action/sequence in video
-         Pull muscles for over doing an action
-         Actually hit other person in ‘match’ with false punch/kick
-         Land wrong while acting in ‘match’
-         Getting caught in rope on ring

-         Slip over equipment or slippery floor

-         Ropes could hurt you if you land on them with a body part.

Location:
I have used the Hewett School’s South Gym. In there is a boxing ring which I used for my ‘match’ scene.

Reviews
-
“Good syncing, good music and good video. Music goes very well with the chosen topic but there could have been more on the end. If he knew what to do at the start of the video then he could have had a lot more filming and added more to the end as it is a shame the whole song synced with video.”

Strength :
Syncing:
This is a strength because in  at the start the music is slow and calm so I have myself in a boxing ring doing a forward roll with the clip slowed down and then it builds up to the fast, upbeat rock where i have the clip slightly sped up and fast, punching actions.
Slow motion:
I have slowed parts of the video down to get some of the actions to sync with the music and to fit well with the song.
Genre:

Audience:

Weakness.
Footage:
I had to rush in the end so I didn't get enough clips to finish my video.
-More characters
-More to the Final match
-More Crew

Strengths:
Syncing:
This is especially the best strength because in at the start the music is slow and calm so I have myself in a boxing ring doing a forward roll with the clip slowed down and then it builds up to the fast, upbeat rock where I have the clip slightly sped up and fast punching actions.

Slow motion:
I have slowed parts of the video down to get some of the actions to sync with the music and to fit well with the song.

Weaknesses:
Footage:
I had to rush in the end so I didn't get enough clips to finish my video. To help with this I would have needed:
-More characters
-More to the Final match
-More Crew
-Tiny bit more time

Ideas:
I had tons of other ideas before the one I actually did, in the end, but I couldn’t do them as various problems stopped me from completing them including; too much violence, not enough actors, not the right equipment, locations, actors but the worst of all was actually time as I didn’t have enough to do some of the other ideas and after wasting time worrying about how much I’ve got, I didn’t have enough time to finish off my final idea.

I’d have to say, if I was ever to do this again it would probably end the same way as I always have so many ideas and I never really think about the time or anything in that matter, I just get too excited about the ideas I've chosen, so I would try and avoid that and I would at least attempt and finish the end project.
