‘Run Lola Run’

‘Run Lola Run’ is quite a catchy title and it basically sums up the film as all Lola really does is run.
Tom Tykwer is the director and write of ‘Run Lola Run’ and it was made in Germany and was released on 22nd October 1999 (UK).
The start of the film was weird and didn’t make any sense but then the whole film didn’t make much sense as it kept repeating itself.
I kind of liked it. It wasn’t that bad. The fact they kept having a different story happening to each individual was pretty good.
I did not like the fact it made no sense because as soon as it started I was confused about what was actually going on; how can a normal women scream that loud, how can she go back in time, does she have super powers?
The film style was all right it wasn’t the best though. The use of camera effects was pretty good and using an animation for part of the film.
I didn’t find the characters good as they all seemed weird and how, if Lola changes her way, people’s lives change in the future. It was all too confusing. The actors did do a good job though.
The opening quotes

In general this film was too confusing! They should have made it make more sense or at least explain what was going on. But I do like it. It was a pretty good film.

Doritos DVD Evaluation

I think that my Doritos DVD turned out pretty well, it’s not what I really wanted it to look like but actually it’s turned out better. I did have to cut out some bits of the clips as they were a bit too long, but seeing the end result it doesn’t matter. There are some audio clips I wanted to add to the DVD, except I couldn’t find the right ones so I had stick with what I already had. Comparing the end result to my storyboard its not actually that much of a difference… everything that’s on my storyboard is somewhere in my DVD. In the end I think it’s a very successful DVD and I am very proud of what I have done.
